Payment
Payment is due on the date services are rendered.
Methods of Payment
We accept personal and business checks, money orders, cash, and credit card payments through PayPal.
Sales Tax
New York State sales tax of 8.375% will be added to all services.
Service Agreement
A service agreement must be signed prior to service date.
Customer Satisfaction, Payment, and Refund Policy
Payments made online through PayPal prior to service are fully refundable. If payment is not made on date of service, client will be responsible for all legal and other expenses incurred by Simon’s Window Cleaning Corp. to collect payment. Client is allowed a 10 day grace period to pay in full after the due date. After the due date, residential clients will be subject to 2.5 % late fee every 14 days. Commercial clients will be subject to a 5% late fee every 30 days.
Client must clearly state service specifications prior to service date. It is the client’s responsibility to review services performed after the job has been completed. The price agreed upon for services must be paid in full.
